Summer Dorn

I am a Relationship Manager and Investment Adviser Representative at Fairway Financial. I lead planning and review meetings for many of our client households, helping them stay organized, informed, and confident as their financial lives evolve. I also work closely with our lead advisor to support larger client relationships and ensure every client receives thoughtful, responsive service.

 

I have been with Fairway Financial since 2004 and have been closely involved in the firm’s client service and planning process throughout that time. My long tenure has given me deep familiarity with both our clients and how we serve them, allowing me to bring clarity and consistency to complex situations and help clients better understand their plans.

 

I maintain my Series 7 and Series 66 licenses as a registered Investment Adviser Representative and hold the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional™ (FPQP®) designation through the College for Financial Planning. With more than 20 years of experience across client service, operations, and compliance, I focus on making sure details are handled carefully while keeping the client experience steady and reliable.

 

What motivates me most is caring about the people I serve. Whether I am working with clients, colleagues, friends, or family, that perspective shapes how I listen, communicate, and support others

I grew up in a small town in Iowa, spent time living in Austin, and have called Oviedo, Florida, home for more than 30 years. After three decades in Central Florida, I consider myself practically a Floridian. Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband Brian and our three children, Erin, Morgan, and Carson. I love watching Carson play soccer, serving through my church, paddleboarding in Florida’s springs, and cheering for my beloved and often unpredictable Dallas Cowboys.
